Getting Started

Designing the life you want does not happen overnight, but it can happen. After determining if
Life Coaching Designs is a good fit for you then we will begin our work together.

What I will do for you as your Life Coach?

We will work in partnership to identify your goals and clearly define your

intentions to determine the unique course of your coaching journey.

Through brainstorming, exploring, exercises, specific strategies, and various

assessments we will create an individualized plan that will allow you to design the
life you want.

I will motivate you to action with positive energy and determination.

I will challenge you to go beyond where you have gone before while providing a

positive space to allow you to achieve your goals and vision.

I will provide the tools, structure and support you need to produce positive results.

Coaching Options

The coaching will take place over the phone three times a month, plus unlimited email and short periodic calls as needed. I will call you so long distance charges will not be a concern
for you.

Telephone Coaching with Erin: one month $295

Life Coaching with Erin includes:

Three scheduled coaching calls for 45 minutes each
Exercises and/or homework will be assigned to be done in between calls
Unlimited email (check-ins)
Free short periodic calls for emergency/urgent situations

Although I do not require it, I highly suggest that you stick with your program for at least 3
months to get the most out of your coaching. I have programs that are 3, 6, 9, and 12 months
or we can custom design a coaching program that fits your needs.

Group Coaching is done by teleconference and does not exceed more than 10 participants. All
participants are focusing in one or more life areas such as: self/life balance, career/money,
relationships, health/wellness and spirit. Monthly Group Coaching involves:

Daily short audios to help take consistent action
Workbook to complete prior and during coaching sessions
For $39= 2 Coaching calls for 55 mins each
For $59= 3 Coaching calls (2 @ 55 mins and 1 indepth call @ 90 mins)

For those of you interested in both personality/career assessment and coaching you will
receive an individualized plan to help explore your ideal career path. Because career coaching
encompasses the whole person, we will focus on who you are as a person and develop a
customized program to help achieve your professional and personal goals. Together we will
also overcome any barriers that have been preventing you from moving forward. If you are

One Month Life Coaching (includes everything mentioned above under Life Coaching )
Choice of MBTI or Strong with counseling session
